You are welcome to attend the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 50 - Fred Gies  Remembrance Day Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11 begins at 10:30. Please wear a poppy to show your respect and gratitude.

Kitchener will gather at the Cenotaph at the corner of Frederick and Duke Streets to honour the men and women who sacrificed for our freedom for a ceremony of reflection, wreath-laying, and a shared moment of silence at 11am.

Your presence keeps their courage and commitment alive in our city as we pause, remember, and renew our gratitude.

​At the end of the ceremony you are invited to place your poppy on the monument.
