In and close to Ward 2 we have some nice places to cool down.
POOLS
The Idlewood Outdoor Pool is located at 5 Thaler Avenue, which is off of Fergus Avenue
There is a shallow area and small slide.
They also offer swimming lessons and aquafit programs.

The Lyle Hallman Indoor Pool At The Grand River Recreation Complex is located at 600 Heritage Drive.
That's at the corner of Ottawa St and Heritage Drive. It's right at the border of Ward 2.
There is a shallow area and various size slides. There is also a viewing deck.
They offer swimming lessons, lane swims, adult swims, family swims, aqua cardio
and the BE U Swim Program with dedicated swim times for trans and non-binary individuals, & their friends & family members to use our pools in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

There is an awesome Splash Pad at The Centreville Chicopee Community Centre at 141 Morgan Avenue.
